Job Description

Hospitality & Experience Specialist managing the planning and execution of motorsport events for CrowdStrike. Delivering premium hospitality experiences for executives and VIP clients in racing events.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of U.S. motorsport events with a focus on premium hospitality programs for executive and VIP audiences.
  • Support selected international events, including WEC and flagship global motorsport engagements.
  • Design and deliver best-in-class guest experiences, from pre-event planning to on-event delivery to concierge services and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage elite hospitality offerings including paddock and pit access, private suites, trackside activations, and curated itineraries.
  • Oversee operational logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination to deliver seamless event execution.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with racing teams, series rights holders (WEC, IMSA, SRO), circuits, agencies, and premium hospitality partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams across sales, marketing, communications, legal, and executive leadership to align activations with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in event-led marketing, hospitality, or experiential programs, preferably within sports, tech, luxury, or racing ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience executing complex, high-touch live events and premium hospitality activations.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and operational discipline.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to interface cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (20–30%, heavier during racing seasons), including nights and weekends.
