Job Description
Key Account Manager leading insurance damage management initiatives for FIO SYSTEMS AG. Collaborating with insurance brokers and developing tailored solutions to enhance customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and servicing of new customers from target groups: insurance brokers, housing companies, and insurers
- Presentation and demonstration of the FIO Claims Management platform
- Conducting needs analyses and developing tailored sales solutions
- Customer relationship management
- Collaboration with marketing and product teams to further develop the platform
- Representing FIO at trade shows and industry events
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training in the insurance sector (e.g., insurance and finance clerk) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in the insurance sector (ideally in property/casualty insurance and/or claims management)
- Experience in consultative B2B sales
- Familiarity with relevant target groups (insurance brokers, insurers)
- Strong and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to explain technical subject matter clearly
- Team player
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Analytical thinking
- Solid technical understanding
- Willingness to travel as required
- German at native level
- Good English skills
