Job Description
HR Business Partner driving people strategy, analytics, and organizational performance at VIPAS AB, an IT consulting company. Leading HR priorities across the Large Motors & Generators Division.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a core member of the Management team in the Large Motors & Generators Division
- Drive HR’s overall contribution to the business
- Work with leaders to understand current and long-term business drivers
- Identify where HR can add value
- Translate business objectives into HR priorities
- Implement HR priorities with managers and the HR team
- Collaborate with Centers of Expertise and global business services
- Drive high performance aligned with global business standards, KPIs, and targets
- Represent HR within the broader business
- Build strong relationships with leaders
- Provide expert guidance on HR matters
- Identify and act on organizational and people capabilities needed for future success
- Use HR analytics to interpret organizational trends and dynamics
- Turn HR insights into actionable strategies
- Lead the HR team
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Several years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience working in a blue-collar-oriented environment
- Ability to manage multiple demands and work in cross-functional teams
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and English
- Swedish proficiency
- English proficiency
- Sweden PR/citizenship or a Sweden work permit
