Job Description
HR Coordinator II providing HR and administrative support to the Leave Team. Managing case loads, answering inquiries, and coordinating employee leave processes.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload 100+ cases at a time for employees being cleared to Return to work
- Providing full time phone operator support to the department
- Answering incoming calls to our phone queue related to leave requests
- Completing forms for employees related to their insurance, State leaves and disability plans
- Monitoring incoming faxes and placing documents into cases
- Coordinate the return to work process in conjunction with STD, LTD, Worker's compensation
- Run and create Ad-Hoc reports (turnover, attrition, etc.)
- Responsible for delivering packages to UPS location weekly
Requirements:
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- General H.S. subjects
- Three (3) years or more in similar Human Resources role required
