Job Description
HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst responsible for company leave and disability accommodation administration. Ensuring legal compliance and guiding employees through leave processes.
Responsibilities:
- Administer company disability accommodation program
- Follow applicable laws and company leave policies and processes
- Develop, maintain and improve compliant policies and procedures
- Conduct Workday leave system testing, and audits of system functionality
Requirements:
- Required education: High School Diploma
- Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
- Required experience: 2 years leave and ADA administration experience
- Preferred experience: Excel experience preferred.
- Workday experience preferred.
