Job Description

HR Leave and Accommodation Analyst responsible for company leave and disability accommodation administration. Ensuring legal compliance and guiding employees through leave processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer company disability accommodation program
  • Follow applicable laws and company leave policies and processes
  • Develop, maintain and improve compliant policies and procedures
  • Conduct Workday leave system testing, and audits of system functionality

Requirements:

  • Required education: High School Diploma
  • Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
  • Required experience: 2 years leave and ADA administration experience
  • Preferred experience: Excel experience preferred.
  • Workday experience preferred.
