Job Description

HR Manager responsible for managing employee lifecycle at a mental health platform in Ukraine. Supporting HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Lead and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and their managers
  • Facilitate structured offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience
  • Partner with Deel to manage international hiring, contracts, and compliance matters
  • Design, run, and analyze eNPS surveys on a regular basis
  • Organize and facilitate company-wide All Hands meetings
  • Lead and continuously improve the performance review process
  • Support managers in maintaining strong employee engagement practices (e.g., recognition of birthdays and work anniversaries)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in PeopleForce
  • Organize and coordinate learning and development initiatives (e.g., English classes and other training programs)
  • Prepare and present HR metrics and insights to the Head of Operations and the management team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR & Recruiting, ideally in product companies.
  • Strong understanding of the employee life cycle and the ability to implement best practices at each stage.
  • Proven experience leading performance review processes and supporting career growth initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships across all levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to resolving employee-related challenges.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from HR metrics and feedback.
