Job Description
HR-Spezialist Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des LOGA-Payroll-Systems bei AGAPLESION. Mitwirkung an konzernweiten Abrechnungs-, Digitalisierungs- und Prozessprojekten.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and further develop the Group-wide LOGA payroll system for central payroll processing and affiliated facilities
- Ensure stable, efficient and reliable system operations in the payroll environment
- Analyze, assess and handle system-related inquiries from payroll and affiliated facilities
- Implement statutory, collective bargaining and organizational requirements
- Support releases, testing and technical enhancements
- Manage and optimize interfaces with adjacent payroll and financial systems
- Support data quality checks
- Contribute to reporting and user training
- Contribute to Group-wide payroll IT and digitalization projects
- Collaborate at the interface between payroll, IT, reporting and external service providers
Requirements:
- Completed commercial training, university degree or equivalent qualification related to payroll, business or IT
- Professional experience in payroll
- Familiarity with monthly payroll processes
- Practical experience with LOGA or a comparable payroll system is an advantage
- Good understanding of statutory and collective bargaining requirements in payroll
- Enthusiasm for analyzing, optimizing and further developing system-supported payroll processes
- Structured, solution-oriented and service-oriented approach to work
- Confident communication with a range of stakeholders
- Identification with Christian and diaconal values
