Job Description
SAP Payroll Implementation Lead configuring Austrian payroll solutions, integrations, and migrations. Supporting testing and go-live delivery for Strada’s cloud-based workforce management platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps, and systems setup
- Validate and configure customer payroll solutions and integrations in compliance with legal regulations
- Support data mapping, migration, YTD preparation, and accuracy checks
- Manage system testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and parallel runs
- Address system configuration and integration issues with local and global teams
- Oversee go-live activities and ensure payroll system readiness
- Track project progress and documentation
- Collaborate with project managers and project teams to ensure timely milestone delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience
- Proven involvement in 5+ successful SAP HCM implementations
- In-depth knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations
- Fluent in English and German
- Excellent communication skills

- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Current and future work authorization in the country where applying, without visa sponsorship by Strada
- Successful completion of applicable background checks
