Job Description

HR-Spezialist für LOGA-Payroll bei Deutschlands diakonischem Gesundheitskonzern. Weiterentwicklung konzernweiter Abrechnungssysteme und digitaler Payroll-Prozesse.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and further develop the group-wide payroll system LOGA for central payroll processing and the facilities
  • Ensure a stable, efficient and reliable system operation in the payroll environment
  • Analyze, assess and process system-related inquiries from central payroll and the facilities
  • Implement legal, collective-bargaining and organizational requirements
  • Support releases, testing and technical enhancements
  • Maintain and optimize interfaces to adjacent payroll and financial systems
  • Assist with data quality checks
  • Contribute to reporting and user training
  • Participate in group-wide payroll IT and digitization projects
  • Contribute to process standardization and digital payroll solutions
  • Collaborate with teams from Payroll, IT, Reporting and external service providers

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training, university degree or comparable qualification related to payroll, business administration or IT
  • Professional experience in payroll or payroll accounting
  • Familiarity with the procedures of a monthly payroll run
  • Practical experience with LOGA or a comparable payroll system is an advantage
  • Good understanding of legal and collective-bargaining requirements in payroll accounting
  • Enjoyment of analyzing, optimizing and further developing system-supported payroll processes
  • Structured, solution-oriented and service-minded way of working
  • Confident communication with diverse stakeholders
