Job Description
Technical HRIS Consultant supporting ADP Workforce Now systems at Xometry. Responsible for data synchronization, configuration audits, and workflow streamlining.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for HR systems, resolving issues, data discrepancies, and interfaces.
- Answer HR Tickets and inquiries related to the usage of ADP, and correction of data stored in ADP through ad hoc changes and bulk uploads.
- Participate in design, setup, and optimization of HR systems and ADP modules as needed, including Benefits, Time, Talent, and Performance.
- Support HR programs like performance and engagement through tech design and configuration.
- Support the HRIS Specialist with building and refining global workflows and change requests within HR systems to reduce manual intervention and improve data accuracy.
- Understand global workflows and recommend alignment or regional approaches as needed to meet business needs.
- Build, monitor, and troubleshoot data syncs between ADP and other systems like Greenhouse, Okta, and Precipio. Create integration files, participate in testing initiatives, and perform manual data loads when required.
- Support the HRIS Specialist with proactively communicating with and leading trainings for stakeholders when configuration, feature, or process updates have been made to ensure user familiarity and adoption.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of systems data and workflows to ensure data integrity across all modules and integrations.
- Work with HRIS Specialist to create a regular audit schedule to ensure we're auditing consistently and in alignment with compliance needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Information Technology or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS or HR with system administrator and/or analyst responsibilities.
- Proficiency in ADP and other HR systems like Precipio, Docebo, and Greenhouse.
- Additional HRIS experience with systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a Plus.
- Exceptional client service skills with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
