Job Description
Group Human Resources Intern focusing on recruitment and HR processes within Marmon Electrical Group. Collaborating on strategic projects and supporting onboarding and analytical efforts to enhance HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with strategic Group HR projects
- Assist with creating Targeted Selection behavioral interview guides for select roles
- Analyze compensation of select roles across the Group
- Compile and build out electronic learning paths on various onboarding
- Conduct daily system audits and reports for accuracy
- Support HR teams with onboarding improvement projects
- Collaborate and assist HR & TA with process improvement
- Maintain daily reporting and analytics
Requirements:
- Currently in an accredited program to attain a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or other relevant major
