Job Description
Implementation Manager leading enterprise implementations for banking clients, ensuring project success and high client satisfaction through strategic guidance and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end implementation experience for banks and credit unions
- Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners
- Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance
- Identify and proactively mitigate implementation risks
- Ensure a smooth transition to post-launch support
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role
- Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions
- Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial services
- Experience partnering with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
