Job Description

Digital Banking Implementation Specialist managing the implementation of CSI's digital banking solutions for clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction through data conversion and application configuration support.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
  • Introduce CSI digital banking solutions and define implementation requirements
  • Conduct data gathering meetings to clarify data movement and application setup
  • Configure applications and lead test review meetings with customer banks
  • Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful go live
  • Stay current on product updates and enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • General banking/accounting knowledge (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must Be Willing to Travel Up to 25%
