Job Description
Digital Banking Implementation Specialist managing the implementation of CSI's digital banking solutions for clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction through data conversion and application configuration support.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
- Introduce CSI digital banking solutions and define implementation requirements
- Conduct data gathering meetings to clarify data movement and application setup
- Configure applications and lead test review meetings with customer banks
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful go live
- Stay current on product updates and enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- General banking/accounting knowledge (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must Be Willing to Travel Up to 25%
