Job Description
Interner Rechtsanwalt für Vertrags-, Marketing- und Gesellschaftsrecht beim Company Builder Yunicorn Ventures. Rechtliche Absicherung von Partnern, Portfolio-Unternehmen und internen Prozessen.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing review of all legally relevant documents and processes involved in day-to-day operations
- Legal review and approval of offers, website content, legal notices, Terms and Conditions, and invoice wording
- Central point of contact for all partners regarding legal topics and questions
- Monitoring and legal assessment of Trustpilot reviews, including handling critical or legally relevant reviews
- Legal review and handling of cease-and-desist letters and out-of-court disputes related to marketing, sales, and outreach activities
- Review and legal protection of employment contracts
- Review and negotiation of NDAs (non-disclosure agreements)
- Providing legal protection for partners, portfolio companies, and internal processes at Yunicorn Ventures
Requirements:
- Completed law degree, ideally with a focus on commercial or corporate law
- Specialization in or extensive experience with international law; alternatively, an established international network or relevant contacts
- Experience reviewing contracts, Terms and Conditions, NDAs, and legal website content
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills when working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation skills in both languages
- High level of accuracy and quality awareness
- Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
- Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mentality
- Proactive approach and ability to identify issues at an early stage
- Strong organizational and structuring skills
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
