Job Description

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager driving high-quality growth for Paid Viewpoint's consumer research community. Collaborating with teams to optimize influencer and affiliate marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer, creator, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive high-quality panel growth for the Paid Viewpoint community.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, content creators, affiliate partners, and community advocates across multiple platforms and regions.
  • Design unique partnership approaches (e.g., creator-led campaigns, niche community partnerships, referral programs) to reach underrepresented and high-value audiences.
  • Own the strategy, structure, and performance of Paid Viewpoint’s affiliate and referral programs.
  • Optimize partner incentives, tracking, attribution, and payout models to maximize ROI and scalability.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify top-performing affiliates, and continuously test new acquisition levers.
  • Plan, launch, and manage influencer and affiliate campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and briefing through execution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure campaigns are on-brand, compliant, and optimized for conversion.
  • Run experiments and A/B tests across messaging, channels, partner types, and landing experiences.
  • Track and analyze KPIs related to partner-driven acquisition Partner with Business Intelligence to evaluate panel quality and downstream performance of influencer- and affiliate-acquired users.
  • Deliver clear performance insights and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Work closely with cross functional partners to ensure new panelists have a seamless engagement experience.
  • Build landing pages, referral flows, and user journeys to improve conversion and retention.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in influencer marketing, affiliate growth, creator monetization, and community-led acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • ~3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnership growth, or community acquisition roles.
  • Proven experience managing influencers, creators, or affiliate partners with measurable acquisition results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, dashboards, or BI tools.
  • Creative, test-and-learn mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation and iteration.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage partners and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Experience with consumer brands, marketplaces, or online communities is a plus; experience in research, panels, or surveys is a bonus.
