Job Description
Influencer Marketing Research & Outreach Specialist researching and engaging creators for campaigns at AWISEE. Working closely with marketing team to ensure a strong pool of creators for upcoming campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Research, scout, and identify relevant creators across multiple regions and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Build and maintain high-quality influencer lists aligned with campaign requirements and client briefs.
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups with creators and talent agencies to assess interest, availability, and fit.
- Maintain and update CRM/databases with accurate influencer data, including rates, audience insights, and past performance notes.
- Support Influencer Marketing Managers by ensuring a consistent and reliable pipeline of creators for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
- Assist with quality checks on influencer lists to ensure accuracy, relevance, and campaign readiness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handover of creators into active campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience at an influencer marketing agency (brand-side experience alone is not sufficient).
- Proven experience in creator research, influencer scouting, outreach, and list building.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing workflows and creator evaluation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and databases.
- Strong written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to handle repetitive, high-volume research tasks efficiently.
