Job Description

Influencer Marketing Research & Outreach Specialist researching and engaging creators for campaigns at AWISEE. Working closely with marketing team to ensure a strong pool of creators for upcoming campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, scout, and identify relevant creators across multiple regions and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Build and maintain high-quality influencer lists aligned with campaign requirements and client briefs.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups with creators and talent agencies to assess interest, availability, and fit.
  • Maintain and update CRM/databases with accurate influencer data, including rates, audience insights, and past performance notes.
  • Support Influencer Marketing Managers by ensuring a consistent and reliable pipeline of creators for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
  • Assist with quality checks on influencer lists to ensure accuracy, relevance, and campaign readiness.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth handover of creators into active campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience at an influencer marketing agency (brand-side experience alone is not sufficient).
  • Proven experience in creator research, influencer scouting, outreach, and list building.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing workflows and creator evaluation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and databases.
  • Strong written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to handle repetitive, high-volume research tasks efficiently.
