Job Description

Installation Project Manager overseeing diagnostic imaging equipment installation for hospitals and care centers. Managing projects from sales order review through customer training on devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop project plan guiding customer preparation of environments with technical requirements, equipment delivery, installation, and calibration activities.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues potentially impacting project schedules, customer satisfaction, or GE HealthCare operational targets.
  • Document project schedules, progress, coordination meetings, and action items using project information tools, including Salesforce, TaskRay, AutoCAD, Microsoft Productivity software.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, services, and applications teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Diagnostic Imaging projects.
  • Regular travel to customer locations, including periodic overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience, or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Demonstrate an ability to plan and execute multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work independently and prioritize activities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in your home office.
  • Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude specifically tailored towards learning and understanding diagnostic imaging equipment. Including the technical specifications of various modalities such as MRI, CT, X-Ray, Nuclear Medicine, and Vascular systems.
