Job Description

Customer Advisor in an insurance company providing remote assistance within Germany. Handling customer inquiries and damages while working in a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and handle vehicle and building/property damage reports by phone
  • Coordinate and manage incoming claims
  • Provide competent, solution-oriented support to our customers
  • Handle general administrative tasks
  • Document customer requests in the system

Requirements:

  • Enjoy advising customers and interacting with them by phone
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer service and/or insurance is an advantage but not required
  • Confident PC skills and proficiency in common Office applications
  • Strong communication skills and a pronounced ability to work in a team
