Job Description
Customer Advisor in an insurance company providing remote assistance within Germany. Handling customer inquiries and damages while working in a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Record and handle vehicle and building/property damage reports by phone
- Coordinate and manage incoming claims
- Provide competent, solution-oriented support to our customers
- Handle general administrative tasks
- Document customer requests in the system
Requirements:
- Enjoy advising customers and interacting with them by phone
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service and/or insurance is an advantage but not required
- Confident PC skills and proficiency in common Office applications
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced ability to work in a team
