Job Description
Remote insurance agent helping U.S. families choose suitable life insurance from 60+ carrier partners. Handling inbound leads through phone and Zoom with commission-based earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Contact inbound life-insurance leads by phone or Zoom
- Review prospects' family size, budget, and existing coverage
- Help clients select suitable life-insurance policies
- Work a queue of leads and conduct approximately five to fifteen conversations per day
- Complete product-knowledge training through the training portal
- Consult with a mentor on challenging client conversations
- Follow the sales system consistently and manage client conversations from start to finish
Requirements:
- No degree required
- No prior industry or insurance experience required
- Must live in the U.S.
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
- Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day
- Coachable and willing to apply feedback
- Consistent attendance and willingness to work the lead queue
- Ability to work remotely
- Full-time or part-time availability
