Job Description
Remote insurance agent helping U.S. families select life-insurance coverage through 60+ carrier partners. Handling inbound leads, client consultations, and policy recommendations with training and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Log into the system and work a queue of inbound life-insurance leads
- Call or meet leads via Zoom to discuss family size, budget, and existing coverage
- Help clients choose suitable life-insurance policies
- Complete approximately five to fifteen client conversations per day
- Complete product-knowledge and sales training in the training portal
- Seek mentor guidance for challenging conversations
- Handle client conversations from start to finish
Requirements:
- No degree required
- No prior insurance industry experience required
- Must live in the U.S.
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
- Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day
- Coachable and willing to apply feedback
- Consistent attendance and work habits
