Job Description
Remote insurance agent helping U.S. families select suitable life insurance through 60+ carrier partners. Handling inbound leads with structured training and mentor support.
Responsibilities:
- Log into the system and work a queue of inbound life-insurance leads
- Call or Zoom with prospective customers who requested information
- Review customers' family size, budget, and existing coverage
- Help customers select an appropriate life-insurance policy from products offered through 60+ carrier partners
- Complete approximately five to fifteen customer conversations per day
- Use the training portal to develop product knowledge
- Consult with a mentor when client conversations become challenging
Requirements:
- No degree required
- No prior insurance industry experience required
- Must live in the U.S.
- U.S. citizen or legal resident
- Able to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
- Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day
- Able to follow a system and show up consistently
- Coachable and willing to apply feedback
