Job Description
Insurance sales agent matching U.S. clients with life insurance coverage through 60+ carrier partners. Receiving structured training, mentor-supervised calls, and warm leads.
Responsibilities:
- Complete structured training on life insurance products and client conversations
- Learn to handle client objections and questions
- Participate in supervised live calls with a mentor
- Work inbound and outbound warm leads from people who requested life insurance information
- Match clients with appropriate coverage using access to 60+ carrier partners
- Conduct client interactions by phone and Zoom
- Build an independent workload after training
Requirements:
- U.S.-based residency
- Ability to pass a background check
- A Life & Health insurance license, or genuine openness to obtaining one through the program
- No prior insurance experience required
- Ability to work with warm life insurance leads by phone and Zoom
- Willingness to learn and show up consistently
