Job Description
Insurance sales agent matching U.S. clients with life insurance coverage through warm leads. Completing structured training and earning uncapped commission through 60+ carrier partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Complete structured training on life insurance products and client conversations
- Learn to handle client objections and questions
- Participate in supervised live calls with a mentor
- Work inbound and outbound warm leads from people who requested life insurance information
- Match clients to appropriate coverage using access to 60+ carrier partners
- Work independently after completing onboarding
- Make sales on a 100% commission basis
Requirements:
- No prior insurance experience required
- U.S.-based residency
- Ability to pass a background check
- A Life & Health insurance license, or genuine openness to getting one through the program
- Ability to work with warm life insurance leads by phone and Zoom
- Willingness to learn and show up consistently
