Job Description
Insurance sales agent matching warm U.S. leads with life insurance coverage through 60+ carrier partners. Receiving structured training, mentorship, and uncapped commission-based earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Complete structured training on life insurance products and client conversations
- Participate in supervised live calls with a mentor
- Handle warm inbound and outbound leads from people who requested life insurance information
- Conduct client conversations by phone and Zoom
- Match clients with appropriate coverage using access to 60+ carrier partners
- Address client objections and questions
- Develop an independent workload after onboarding
Requirements:
- U.S.-based residency
- Ability to pass a background check
- Life & Health insurance license, or genuine openness to obtaining one through the program
- No prior insurance experience required
- Ability to learn and show up consistently
