Job Description
Remote insurance sales representative selling life insurance to warm inbound leads. Training and licensing support provided; no prior sales experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Sell life insurance products to warm, inbound leads
- Conduct conversations with people who requested information about life insurance coverage
- Use practical conversation frameworks and handle objections
- Complete product and sales training
- Obtain licensing alongside sales training if not already licensed
- Work without cold calling
Requirements:
- U.S. residents only
- Background check required
- Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to hold a real conversation
- Ability to take direction and feedback well
- Consistency day after day
- No prior sales experience required
