Job Description
Insurance sales agent matching U.S. clients with life insurance coverage through warm leads. Receiving structured training, mentor-supervised calls, and uncapped commission-based compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Complete structured training covering life insurance products, client conversations, objections, and questions
- Participate in supervised live calls with a mentor
- Handle warm inbound or outbound leads from people who requested information about life insurance
- Speak with clients by phone and Zoom
- Match clients with appropriate coverage using access to 60+ carrier partners
- Work independently after onboarding
- Achieve production benchmarks for performance-based incentives
Requirements:
- U.S.-based residency
- Ability to pass a background check
- A Life & Health insurance license, or genuine openness to obtaining one through the program
- No prior insurance experience required
- Ability and willingness to learn and show up consistently
