Job Description
Remote insurance sales representative selling life insurance to warm inbound leads. Training and licensing support provided; no prior sales experience or cold calling required.
Responsibilities:
- Sell life insurance products to warm, inbound leads
- Handle conversations using practical conversation frameworks
- Address objections based on real sales scenarios
- Complete product and sales training
- Obtain licensing alongside sales training if not already licensed
- Work exclusively with inbound leads; no cold calling
Requirements:
- U.S. residents only
- Background check required
- Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to hold a real conversation
- Ability to take direction and feedback well
- Consistency day after day
