Job Description
Remote insurance sales representative selling life insurance through warm inbound leads. No experience required; training and licensing support provided.
Responsibilities:
- Sell life insurance products to warm, inbound leads
- Speak with people who specifically requested information about life insurance coverage
- Learn product fundamentals, conversation frameworks, and objection handling through training
- Complete licensing process alongside sales training if not already licensed
- Work without cold calling
Requirements:
- U.S. residents only
- Background check required
- Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to hold a real conversation
- Ability to take direction and feedback well
- Consistency day after day
- No prior sales experience required
Benefits:
- Uncapped commission
- $800 to $1,200 average commission per sale
