Job Description
Remote life insurance sales representative serving warm inbound leads. Training and licensing support provided; no prior sales experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Sell life insurance products to warm, inbound leads
- Conduct conversations with people who have requested information about life insurance coverage
- Learn product fundamentals, conversation frameworks, and objection handling through training
- Complete licensing process alongside sales training if not already licensed
- Apply feedback and maintain consistent performance
- Earn through uncapped commission and performance-based incentives
Requirements:
- U.S. residents only
- Background check required
- Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to hold a real conversation
- Ability to take direction and feedback well
- Consistency day after day
- No prior sales experience required
- Must work with warm, inbound leads
- No cold calling
Benefits:
- Uncapped commission
- Average commission of $800 to $1,200 per sale
- Performance-based incentives layered on top of standard commission
- Pay issued on a daily/weekly basis
- Training provided, including product fundamentals, conversation frameworks, objection handling, and sales training
