Job Description
Remote insurance sales representative selling life insurance through warm inbound leads. No experience required, with training and licensing support provided.
Responsibilities:
- Sell life insurance products to warm, inbound leads
- Conduct conversations with people requesting information about life insurance coverage
- Use practical conversation frameworks and handle objections based on real scenarios
- Complete product and sales training
- Obtain required licensing with employer guidance if not already licensed
Requirements:
- U.S. residents only
- Background check required
- Life & Health license, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to hold a real conversation
- Ability to take direction and feedback well
- Consistency day after day
- No prior sales experience required
Benefits:
- Uncapped commission, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale
- Performance-based incentives layered on top of standard commission
- Pay issued on a daily/weekly basis
- Training covering product fundamentals, conversation frameworks, and objection handling
- Assistance with obtaining a Life & Health license
