Job Description
Data Integration Engineer managing Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud services at West Virginia University. Supporting pipeline operations and troubleshooting data integration challenges in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) services
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Informatica platform
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration job failures
- Configure and maintain Secure Agents, runtime environments, and connectivity to on-premises and cloud data sources
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica CDI
- Write and tune complex SQL queries
- Support code migrations and deployments across development, test, and production environments
- Configure and maintain connectors (databases, file systems, APIs, SaaS applications)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of four (4) years combined experience in Information Technology
- Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, etc.) using SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis
- Hands-on experience supporting and developing data integration pipelines using Informatica IDMC
- Experience administering or supporting data integration platforms in a production environment
