Job Description
Program Manager – Integrity supporting healthcare compliance and quality assurance initiatives. Monitoring adherence to regulatory standards and providing oversight to clinical and administrative teams.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support compliance with organizational, state, federal, and payer specific regulations
- Assist in maintaining data integrity and reporting for quality and operational performance
- Support audits, quality initiatives, and process improvement efforts
- Develop and deliver resources, tools, and guidance to staff to enhance adherence to standards
- Collaborate with teams to identify trends, risk, and opportunities for organizational improvement
Requirements:
- Associates degree related to healthcare or behavioral health
- Experience in clinical or administrative healthcare settings
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster collaborative relationships
- Ability to pass a drug screen and State of Alaska background check
- Experience in nonprofit, mental health or a substance abuse field
