Job Description
International Distribution Manager expanding BACHMANN’s intelligent PDU and data-center solutions through international distributors. Building channel partnerships, markets, and revenue beyond Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Identify international distributors and channel partners for BACHMANN, Data Center Solutions, PDUs, rack infrastructure, and critical IT infrastructure
- Leverage the existing network to develop new markets and sales channels
- Place Power Distribution Units and data center solutions in relevant partner portfolios
- Conduct discussions at executive decision-maker level
- Negotiate listings, commercial terms, and joint growth strategies
- Turn partnership contacts into partnerships and revenue
- Contribute market insights to the development of international distribution
- Work closely with the sales lead
- Build an international distribution and channel network outside Germany
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in international B2B sales
- Established network in the international IT channel, IT distribution, data center environment, or DCS sector
- Relevant contacts among distributors, partners, manufacturers, decision-makers, and market participants
- Experience in IT distribution, IT channel sales, channel management, partner management, data center solutions, data center infrastructure, data center infrastructure, rack and IT infrastructure, critical infrastructure, or Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
- Excellent German language skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach and enthusiasm for building new structures
