Job Description
Senior Corporate IT Engineer owning device management, identity, SaaS governance, automation, and compliance. Supporting Yuno’s AI-native payments infrastructure for global enterprise merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Own the corporate IT stack end to end and drive the corporate IT roadmap as Yuno scales
- Own the MDM platform for a distributed macOS and Windows fleet, including zero-touch provisioning, patching, configuration-as-code, and endpoint security
- Administer identity provider, SSO, MFA, and SCIM; automate onboarding and offboarding and enforce least-privilege access
- Manage the SaaS stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian; govern shadow IT, OAuth risk, licenses, and access
- Build and maintain security and compliance controls, access reviews, and audit evidence for SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001
- Build AI-driven IT and helpdesk automation, self-service lifecycle workflows, and machine-readable documentation
- Replace manual work with scripting and workflow automation using Python, Okta Workflows, or similar tools
- Own provisioning, security, and governance of organizational AI tools, including access and OAuth/shadow-AI risk management
- Act as senior escalation point for complex IT issues, maintain runbooks and documentation, and mentor the IT team
- Deliver end-to-end automated onboarding/offboarding, fully managed and auditable device and SaaS access, and continuous SOC 2 and PCI evidence within 6–12 months
Requirements:
- 5+ years in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally supporting a distributed workforce
- Hands-on MDM expertise with Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji for macOS and Windows fleet management
- Experience managing an identity provider such as Okta, plus SSO, MFA, and provisioning/deprovisioning
- SaaS administration experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and similar platforms
- Understanding of SaaS and OAuth governance
- Hands-on support for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS, including access reviews and audit evidence
- Scripting and automation skills using Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or workflow tools
- Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency
- Preferred: AI-driven IT automation or helpdesk and agentic tooling; hardware lifecycle and IT asset management at scale; payments or fintech experience; Zero Trust, PAM, and least-privilege access models
- Nice to have: endpoint configuration-as-code; experience securing and governing AI tools or agents; Spanish proficiency
