Job Description
IT Infrastructure Project Manager delivering infrastructure projects for New Era Technology, a global end-to-end technology solutions provider. Managing budgets, risks, stakeholders, and customer satisfaction from kickoff through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Administer assigned projects from ramp-up to completion
- Plan and execute projects within signed-agreement terms, delivering on time and within budget
- Implement project and process management methodologies, standards, and tools
- Lead project kick-off meetings and serve as the initial escalation point for issues
- Complete accurate monthly forecasting reports for staffing and financial analysis
- Assist with project bids and proposals, including negotiated terms and subcontractor pricing
- Proactively mitigate risk and forecast project trajectories
- Ensure field operations are executed safely, to industry standards, and according to signed agreements
- Estimate project and work-order costs and revenue across their life cycles
- Maintain project information, job progress, photographs, daily tracking reports, and job costing
- Manage project information and data using company-issued tools and systems
- Serve as the main communication point between internal and external contacts
- Develop organizational partnerships and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships
- Identify potential new business relating to assigned customers
- Drive operational excellence across invoicing, technician arrival, project goals, productivity, and project margins
- Improve customer satisfaction and NPS scores
- Ensure corporate policies, procedures, SLAs, and customer satisfaction requirements are followed
- Attend and contribute to weekly Operations meetings
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a project environment, including relevant IT Infrastructure industry experience, with overall project responsibility
- Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issues
- Strong ability to define technical problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to analyze ideas and use logic to determine their strengths and weaknesses
- Ability to understand new information or materials by studying and working with them
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information clearly, concisely, professionally, and grammatically correctly
- Ability to build collaborative relationships, understand and educate customers
- English language skills, minimum B2
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- PMP or Equivalent Professional Certification preferred
