Job Description
IT Manager overseeing infrastructure, security, support, and hardware operations for Magna Technology Group’s Salesforce-focused digital transformation consultancy. Fully remote across India.
Responsibilities:
- Lead company efforts to obtain and maintain SOC2 compliance
- Plan and execute internal IT initiatives, including system migrations, implementations, and workflow enhancements
- Partner with People Ops to enforce company-wide IT security policies and lead data security training and compliance
- Oversee vendor relationships with hardware suppliers and enterprise software vendors
- Provide technical support for US and India team members across platforms and applications
- Define and maintain IT ticket resolution processes and internal customer satisfaction
- Administer identity, access management, and single sign-on systems across company software such as Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Manage the full IT hardware lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, deployment, tracking, and decommissioning
- Execute automated IT onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Maintain IT Asset Management inventory, including laptop assignments, software licenses, and hardware upgrades
- Optimize software license allocation to reduce operational expenditure
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support/sysadmin experience with relevant education
- Proven experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones (specifically US and India)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Experience managing devices and data security for an organization
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to ask clarifying questions, and proactive attitude toward learning and improvement
- Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and commitment to team delivery
- Developer skills plus Salesforce experience and/or certifications a plus
- Experience with SOC2 and Google data security
- Experience working with a U.S.-based company
