Job Description
IT Recruiter & Career Advisor linking candidates with tech roles at App Akademie. Guiding individuals through tech career paths and program information, ensuring effective recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial conversations with interested candidates and assess suitability
- Evaluate technical background and learning potential
- Guide candidates through the decision-making process
- Inform candidates convincingly and transparently about the program
- Provide understanding of IT roles and job market requirements
- Monitor the application funnel and suggest optimizations
- Further develop screening criteria, interview guides, and processes
Requirements:
- Experience in tech recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
- Experience in sales, admissions, or a consulting environment
- Basic understanding of software and digital professions
- Professional interviewing skills & strong communication skills
- Structured working style, ownership & reliability
- Nice-to-have: experience in further education / EdTech
- Good understanding of current tech stacks
