Technical Recruiter identifying and managing the selection process for in-demand technical talent. Engage with clients, driving the recruitment process for impactful tech roles.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract and manage selection process for technical talent
- Drive all aspects of full cycle recruitment process
- Build career with Talent Solutions, engaging with clients from tech giants to start-ups
- Provide exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience specifically in core engineering (Front End, Back End, Full Stack, etc.)
- Experience in identifying technical talent who work with AI, IoT, Search Products, Web Products, Distributed Applications, User Interfaces, Back-End Systems, Full-Stack Development or Embedded Systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree (optional)
