Disciplined recruiter focusing on technology sector with global headhunting responsibilities while working remotely. Role involves managing multiple searches and presenting talent professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive Technical Sourcing including headhunting niche technical talent globally
- Managing 5–15 live searches across areas such as Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, Infrastructure, Cloud
- Building structured pipelines and iterating sourcing strategies
- Presenting talent with structured summaries and clear funnel reporting
- Managing interviews across time zones with same-day client responsiveness
- Operational discipline with ATS accuracy and documentation
Requirements:
- Takes pride in craft and standards
- Is calm, analytical and process-driven
- Understands technical markets
- Prefers boutique quality over volume chaos
- Wants autonomy with accountability
- Does not suit reactive recruiters, volume CV pushers, disorganised operators, or those with no attention to detail.
