Job Description

Technical Sourcer seeking to build strong candidate pipelines for a healthcare technology company. Engaging with technical recruiters to attract top talent while enhancing the candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple technical disciplines using a diverse range of sourcing tools, channels, and methods
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, target profiles, and sourcing priorities
  • Conduct thorough intake discussions to align on sourcing strategies, market insights, and search expectations
  • Deliver an exceptional outreach and initial candidate experience that reflects Garner’s values and mission
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to help influence search strategy and hiring decisions

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing and/or full cycle recruiting
  • Proven success building pipelines for engineering, data, or product roles and engaging passive talent
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach when partnering with recruiters and hiring team
  • Creativity and persistence in finding talent through multiple sourcing channels, from traditional tools to unconventional methods
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
