Job Description

Technical Recruiter at Influur scaling hiring for Product, Data, and Tech teams. Driving full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale hiring for our Product, Data, and Tech teams.
  • Drive the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to offer.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership as we build a world-class technical organization.
  • Match exceptional talent with impactful roles.
  • Build processes from 0→1.

Requirements:

  • Has experience in high-volume technical recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally within a startup or tech company.
  • Understands recruiting fundamentals deeply, from sourcing and screening to structured interviews and stakeholder alignment.
  • Feels comfortable juggling multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Makes sound, data-informed decisions and isn’t afraid to push back when it’s best for the hire and the business.
  • Is resilient, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity, you see change as an opportunity, not a blocker.
  • Communicates clearly and assertively with candidates and hiring managers, building trust and alignment across the process.
  • Has experience working with Lever or a similar ATS and enjoys organizing processes around clean systems.
  • Is bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable operating across U.S., India and LatAm markets.
