Job Description

Senior Technical Recruiter for AI-native service company hiring critical technical and hybrid roles. Own full-cycle recruiting and build high-quality technical hiring engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Own hiring for Tribe’s most important technical roles
  • Hire for Tribe’s most important technical and delivery roles
  • Build a scalable, high-quality technical hiring engine
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and hybrid roles
  • Develop durable, high-signal pipelines
  • Partner closely with technical leadership
  • Build for leverage
  • Drive operational excellence across the funnel

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience
  • Proven success owning full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience recruiting hard-to-define or emerging roles
  • Strong ability to partner directly with technical leaders
  • Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership, operational rigor, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Familiarity with the modern AI stack (LLMs, data pipelines, MLOps, cloud infrastructure)
