Job Description
Senior Technical Recruiter for AI-native service company hiring critical technical and hybrid roles. Own full-cycle recruiting and build high-quality technical hiring engine.
Responsibilities:
- Own hiring for Tribe’s most important technical roles
- Hire for Tribe’s most important technical and delivery roles
- Build a scalable, high-quality technical hiring engine
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and hybrid roles
- Develop durable, high-signal pipelines
- Partner closely with technical leadership
- Build for leverage
- Drive operational excellence across the funnel
Requirements:
- 6+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven success owning full-cycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting hard-to-define or emerging roles
- Strong ability to partner directly with technical leaders
- Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, operational rigor, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with the modern AI stack (LLMs, data pipelines, MLOps, cloud infrastructure)
