Job Description
Technical Recruiter sourcing software developers in Ethiopia. Identifying qualified candidates and maintaining a candidate pipeline through various outreach methods.
Responsibilities:
- Source qualified **software developer candidates in Ethiopia**
- Post job listings on relevant Ethiopian job boards and communities
- Conduct **direct outreach to candidates** via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Leverage personal networks and existing candidate pools
- Identify strong developer talent and introduce them to our hiring team
- Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates
- Coordinate with the hiring team to refine candidate criteria
Requirements:
