Job Description
IT Solution Architect at Computacenter designing creative solutions for modern workplace services. Collaborating with clients and teams to deliver high-quality managed services and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You develop creative, efficient and low‑risk solutions for managed‑services tenders that inspire customers and colleagues.
- You work independently and follow defined processes to create coherent solution designs.
- You persuade customers in presentations and contract negotiations with your expertise and presence.
- You maintain close contact with the team and customers to ensure project focus and goal orientation.
- You design solutions together with sales teams, partners and service units, contributing to overall success.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in the workplace and remote service environment, preferably in managed services solution design
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Exchange, Active Directory/Azure AD, and client management
- Experience designing client virtualization or service desk solutions
- Experience in costing and modeling managed services/operations
- Proficient with ITIL and project management standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2)
- Strong communication skills, customer‑oriented and a team player
- Fluent German and very good English
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
