Job Description
Senior Solutions Engineer guiding LATAM customers through technical evaluations of Coralogix’s observability and security platform. Leading demos, deployments, integrations, and proof-of-concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
- Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to real customer use cases
- Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation
- Support hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations
- Work with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases
- Explain Coralogix’s architecture, differentiation, and value to technical and executive audiences
- Identify technical risks, remove blockers, and guide customers toward a successful technical decision
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to represent field feedback and improve how Coralogix wins
- Act as the technical owner during evaluations, helping customers deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix
- Travel frequently across LATAM
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering
- Native level Spanish and fluent English are required
- Portuguese or additional languages - strong advantage
- Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes
- Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM
- Strong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work
- Strong understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring
- Ability to speak credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams
- Confidence engaging executives and translating technical value into business impact
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure
- Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar
- Strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with OpenTelemetry
- Experience with Prometheus
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with APM and distributed tracing
- Experience with log analytics and telemetry pipelines
- Experience with SIEM or security monitoring
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring
- Experience with RUM
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation
- Experience with CI/CD workflows
- Experience with application instrumentation and debugging
