Job Description
Solutions Manager leading SAP-based customer implementations for Zip, an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform. Managing onboarding, stakeholder requirements, training, and post-sales process improvements in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams onboarding new customers
- Manage project stakeholders and understand client requirements
- Lead end-to-end implementations for new customers
- Build customer processes from scratch
- Proactively manage requirements and tasks across multiple onboardings
- Lead, mentor, and train customer training and Q&A sessions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer requests and product support decisions
- Set expectations with customers
- Successfully onboard customers as quickly as possible
- Continuously improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience implementing or administering a finance / procurement tool
- Prior experience implementing or administering a procurement tool / ERP, including SAP S/4HANA procurement and AP or SAP Ariba Buying / Invoicing
- German fluency required
- Fantastic communication and documentation skills
- Extreme attention to detail and proactive working style
- Very strong data management skills, specifically handling large sets of sensitive customer data in MS Excel
- Ability to push back while maintaining positive relationships
- Comfortable with software configuration
- Technical skills are a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in Germany
