Job Description
Senior Solutions Engineer helping Neo4j, a graph intelligence platform company, design and sell connected-data solutions. Supporting Indian BFSI enterprises through technical discovery, prototypes, workshops, and partner co-selling.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the technical win for complex enterprise accounts through technical discovery, product demonstrations, and competitive positioning
- Design, build, and deliver proof-of-value prototypes, tailored solution architectures, and technical workshops
- Articulate Neo4j’s value proposition and demonstrate tangible ROI of its graph database portfolio
- Partner with AWS, Azure, GCP, systems integrators, and ISVs to architect joint solutions and execute co-sell initiatives
- Deliver technical enablement programs
- Collaborate with internal sales teams on deal qualification
- Ensure seamless architectural handoff to Professional Services and implementation partners
- Contribute to thought leadership and present at webinars and industry conferences
- Support local developer community and marketing events
- Travel to customer sites and partner events as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical architecture role
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies
- Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing technical stakeholders and C-level executives during complex sales cycles
- Experience driving technical discovery and value-based selling
- Ability to map enterprise business goals to technical architectures
- Candidates based in Mumbai or Bangalore will be prioritised
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Preferred: Expertise in graph database technologies such as Neo4j
- Preferred: Knowledge of relational databases, NoSQL, and data visualization tools such as D3.js and Linkurious
- Preferred: Experience building joint GTM solutions and co-selling with AWS, Azure, GCP, strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators
- Preferred: Industry expertise in regulated sectors such as Banking & Financial Services, Telco, and Government
