Job Description
Solution Engineer leading Syspro and Acumatica integrations for Traild’s AI-powered B2B finance automation platform. Supporting ERP implementations, technical troubleshooting, and customer success across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support client implementations of Traild’s AP automation platform with Syspro and Acumatica
- Assist the sales team with demonstrations showing how Traild streamlines, automates, and protects accounts payable
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations
- Ensure seamless deployment and user adoption
- Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP/AP solutions
- Provide technical support for escalated issues and complex ERP-related inquiries
- Create and maintain documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles
- Partner with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success and solution excellence
- Stay current with evolving ERP platforms and improve Traild’s integration capabilities
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Syspro and Acumatica
- Strong technical background with SaaS or ERP products
- Customer-first mindset and outstanding communication skills
- 3+ years of experience with Syspro and Acumatica, or ability to learn Acumatica quickly
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes, particularly Accounts Payable
- Comfortable reading and understanding code; confident navigating integrations and data flows
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to solve them
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, articulate, and professional customer interactions
- Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid team setup
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global scale-up
