Job Description
IT Support Consultant providing remote assistance in resolving technical issues for a major IT service provider in Germany. Collaborating with teams to manage support tickets effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Competently and routinely resolve faults and incidents via remote access
- Clearly prioritize, classify, and document fault situations
- Manage and monitor tickets within the framework of our Service Level Agreements
- Share knowledge and transfer expertise
- Maintain and document information in our knowledge base
Requirements:
- Strong customer orientation and ability to multitask
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Proper phone etiquette and active listening
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ideally several years of experience in customer support or an IT helpdesk
- Excellent spoken and written Bulgarian
- German language skills are advantageous
- Ability to prioritize, classify, and document tickets
