Job Description
IT Support Intern assisting Binance.US with internal systems and technology. Role includes troubleshooting, user support, and operations collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot operating systems and software applications across the organization.
- Respond to and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner.
- Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to systems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, primarily through Okta.
- Configure and manage mobile devices using an MDM platform.
- Administer and maintain Okta for user lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization.
- Configure and customize Slack for team communication and integrate it with other tools.
- Manage resources and services within enterprise productivity suites such as Google.
- Jira Service Management for ticketing.
Requirements:
- Working towards or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with MacOS and Chromebooks.
- Familiarity with Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of operating systems, networking, enterprise productivity tools, and identity management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage tasks meticulously and ensure accuracy.
